The Disgraced Former President Who Now Has 2 Impeachments, 4 Indictments, 1 Mugshot, and 91 Felony Charges. Let’s Break It All Down

America Rises Post #4: August 26th, 2023

Whether Trump wants to admit it or not, this mugshot is his official Presidential Portrait. Or at least, the only one he will ever have and anyone will ever remember. No one can deny that Donald Trump has made history in a multitude of ways. Unfortunately for him, and contrary to what he would like you to believe, he has not done so for anything even remotely positive. In fact, nearly every way in which Trump stands alone alongside his predecessors that occupied the Oval Office is for utterly ignominious, unlawful, and appalling transgressions.

Just to name a few:

—He is the only President in U.S. history to be impeached twice.

—He was the only President in U.S. history to sabotage our response to a pandemic and single-handedly cause over 700,000 preventable deaths.

—He is the first former President in history to be criminally indicted.

—He is the first former President to be found civilly liable for sexual assault, battery, and defamation; and designated a rapist by a federal judge/jury.

—He is the first former President to be federally indicted by the Department of Justice.

—And he is the first former President who stands a very high likelihood of spending the rest of his life in prison.

But with all of the unprecedented charges, liabilities, impeachments, etc. it can become confusing to keep track of everything. Fortunately, that’s an area in which—in spite of my raging ADHD—I have always excelled at. I documented all of Trump’s impeachable offenses during his administration (and continuing crimes after leaving office) on twitter here. So for my fourth article, I thought I would provide you with a list of all the charges Trump is currently facing from each indictment, including the number of counts and the maximum prison sentence; because, as unlikely as it may be for him to face, it remains a truly astounding number when you add it all up.
